The first stage is all about feasibility. Understanding the constraints of the project and identifying the clearest opportunity before moving into form, visuals or production.

Define

The stage is all about exploration. Defining the parameters of the project and understanding the user.

This stage is heavily based around research and sketch ideation.

Develop

The third stage turns a direction into something tangible. Concepts are refined through sketching, CAD, prototyping, CGI and iteration until the product or visual system becomes clear.

Deploy

The final stage is about preparing the work for the real world. This can include manufacturing support, launch assets, packaging handover, technical packs or final content direction.
